Above the Law is a 1988 American martial arts action film directed by Andrew Davis and starring Steven Seagal.
Synopsis[]
Nico Toscani (Steven Seagal), a veteran of the Vietnam War and FBI police officer, is ordered to take no action regarding a mysterious shipment of explosives linked to a notorious dealer. However, when Toscani decides not to follow orders and investigate the matter on his own, he stumbles upon an international drug trafficking operation involving the CIA and even high-ranking government officials.
