César Arias (born in Mexico D.F., October 4, 1941 - December 20, 2020) was a talented Mexican actor and director who dabbled in theater, television, and dubbing, known for being the voice for Latin America of Albus Dumbledore in the Harry Potter film series.

He was also known for having voiced actors such as Jim Broadbent, Burt Young, and Ian Holm, and characters such as Donatello in the original series of Ninja Turtles, the Professor Charles Xavier in the animated series of X-Men, Hiruzen Sarutobi (Third Hokage) in Naruto, Kenpachi Zaraki in Bleach and Alberich from Megrez Delta in The Knights of the Zodiac, among many others. I used to voice wise and elderly characters.

He passed away on December 20, 2020 at the age of 79.
