Biography[]

César Soto Valenzuela or César Terranova (Artistic Name) was born on August 30, 1951 in the city of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico. He has extensive experience in theater and dubbing, with teachers such as Narciso Busquets, Francisco Colmenero, Víctor Alcocer, José Lavat among others, who have been his basis for dubbing work. He started doing radio drama, he also worked on television giving voice to a Muppet called "Chasco" in the famous 80's program "XE-TU", hosted by René Casados.

He entered dubbing by chance when he accompanied a friend to the studio Telespeciales (formerly CINSA) and there Narciso Busquets directed the western film (The pale rider) and I needed a "fisherman" (an actor who originally has no name and who is included at the time). Don Narciso asked César if he wanted to participate and if he had experience and César said yes (which was not true). After recording, Narciso told César that he loved his work and offered him to work on the series Dynastía, and since then he has been part of the world of dubbing.

He has voiced famous actors such as Clint Eastwood, Alan Ruck, Benicio del Toro and Kirk Douglas.

He also participated in the short film "The Use of Firearms is Prohibited" in which he plays a thief.
