Chuck Norris is an American ex-military soldier, martial artist, instructor and combat choreographer, businessman, philanthropist, and actor, famous for playing men of action who are noted for their bare-handed combat skills. He has the degree of "Grand Master" in "Kyokushin" style Karate, Tang-Soo-Do, Tae-Kwon-Do, Kali and Brazilian Jujitsu as well as a chain of academies where he teaches these disciplines called "Chuck-Ku-Do.
Probably his most recognized roles are as the eponymous character in Lone Wolf McQuade, the Colonel James Braddock of the saga Missing in Action and Captain of Rangers Cordell Walker in the series Walker, Texas Ranger. In recent times and as an affective parody, a series of incredible and crazy sayings about his alleged exploits called The Facts of Chuck Norris have been popularized among his fans.
