About the adaptation[]

  • When Kevin tells Michael that his father has a Bose stereo, the latter says "Does your father's stereo explode?" in English, while to maintain the rhyme in the dubbing the phrase is adapted as: "What is your father the black José?", which would become one of the most remembered phrases in the dubbing of Gerardo García .
  • In one scene, when a boy throws flares at Michael, he tells him "Go watch VH1", in the dub, the boy says "Go watch TV, man!", eliminating the name of the channel mentioned, this is probably be it for copyright.
  • The animated series Dragon Tales, is called Story of Dragons.
