Daniel LaRusso is one of the main protagonists of the Karate Kid series. His first debut was in the original film, The Karate Kid. He also appeared in Part II and Part III. Although he did not appear in Karate Kid IV: The New Adventure, the Mr. Miyagi mentioned it briefly. Daniel becomes the deuteragonist of the 2018 web drama series Cobra Kai, where he has two children. He is played by Ralph Macchio.
