David Carradine was an American actor born on December 8, 1936 and died on June 3, 2009 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Despite his debut in Martin Scorsese's Mean Streets, he will be remembered for his leading role as Kwai Chang Caine in the famous series Kung Fu, a character he played again in a movie and in a new series in which he would act with Rick Springfield.
He has played many action roles, notably Tarantino's two films Kill Bill: Vol. 1 and Kill Bill: Vol. 2.
