Levy Hurtado is a Venezuelan voice actor, teacher and director who works in the field of voice acting in Paraguay. He is the founder of the Paraguayan studio and dubbing training center Fuera de Axis - Dubbing together with Zuny Acosta.

Information

Born in the city of Caracas, Venezuela, on July 14, 1989, Levy Hurtado began in the world of the arts through music in April 2002, developing as a piano player and teacher of various areas of music.

Starting in 2013, he ventured into the world of dubbing, taking his first course in "Brand Voices" under the teaching of Maythe Guedes (the first teacher he had and who introduced him to the world of dubbing) and Frank Carreño, with whom he took some more courses. Later in 2014 he studied under the tutelage of Renzo Jiménez, thus shaping his foundations in the world of voice acting. His professional experience spans various genres and characters.

Since March 3, 2018 in Paraguay, where he has been based since October 7, 2016, he has taught dubbing courses in Fuera de Axis - Dubbing, whose graduates provide services for the Paraguayan production company Mediagroup Entertainment, of which he is also the director of several projects started in the middle, as of February 2020, the first being the re-dub of the film Unplanned, with several graduates who have already provided outstanding collaborations. Previously, in November 2018, he directed one of the first productions dubbed into Spanish in Paraguay, the first to be directed in this country, which is the Charming animated film.

Between May and June 2021 he directed the second animated film for the Mediagroup Entertainment production company, which is Gulliver Returns.

He is currently studying commercial voiceover, following the course of the outstanding Mexican actor and voiceover artist Rodolfo Navarro.
