Manolo García was an actor and theater, dubbing, and radio theater director. Owner of a recognizable deep voice, he did most of his work at SISSA - Oruga and Procineas S.C.L..
In the dubbing he can be recognized for having played John McClane in the first two films of Die Hard and Pennywise in the remembered miniseries It by Stephen King, among other characters.

Son of Spanish actor and director Manolo García, who had an extensive career in Mexican film, theater and television.
He started dubbing at the beginning of the 80s, working in the companies SISSA and later Procineas S.C.L., managing to appear in several classic films such as The Magnificent Seven, The White Buffalo, Home Alone where he voiced John Candy, and in the series The A-Team, Airwolf and Miami Vice, among others.
In his best known and remembered works are dubbing Bruce Willis as John McClane in the action genre classics Die Hard and Die Hard 2.
In theater he worked prominently in the play "El candidado de Dios" alongside Luis Gimeno, Germán Robles and Héctor Gómez.
He completely withdrew from the medium in 1990, to work mainly as a director in Televisa soap operas such as "Alcanzar una estrella". He died of a heart attack in 2004.
Personal life
He was married to the actresses Teresa Grobois and Ángeles Bravo, who was introduced to him by fellow actor Humberto Vélez, with whom he was a great friend, as was Jesse Conde also prominent actor.
