Matthew Lillard is an American actor and voice actor born on January 24, 1970 in Lansing, Michigan, United States. Known for being the current voice of Shaggy Rogers in the Scooby-Doo franchise, replacing Casey Kasem, in addition to having first played him in the two movies live-action.
