Octavio Rojas (born December 6, 1963) is a Mexican actor, presenter, and dubbing director with more than 30 years of experience in the medium.
He is recognized mainly for being the voice of Waylon Smithers in The Simpsons in the first 14 seasons and as of season 32, the voice of Sergeant Cordell Walker in the series Walker, Texas Ranger, Hercules in the 1995 series, Loving Lotso in Toy Story 3, the Master Shifu in Kung Fu Panda: The Legend of Po and in the films of the franchise replacing the deceased Pedro Armendáriz Jr., also for being the voice of Dr. Drakken in the Kim Possible series and movies, the current voice of Gallo Claudio and Commander Erwin Smith in the Attack on Titan anime and movies. He is the regular voice of actors such as Idris Elba, Chuck Norris, Russell Crowe, Val Kilmer, Liam Neeson and Wesley Snipes.
