Romelia "Rommy" Mendoza González (born June 10, 1963) is a Mexican voice actress and director with more than 35 years of experience. Among her best-known characters are Winnie Cooper in The Wonder Years, Hilary Banks in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Kelly Kapowski in Saved by the Bell, Linda Flynn- Fletcher in the animated series Phineas and Ferb, the sorceress Celcia Marie Claire in the anime Goblin Hunters and the voice of Adrian Pennino in the redubbing of the Rocky.
His artistic training was carried out at the Andrés Soler Institute of the ANDA, from 1979 to 1982, beginning to work in dubbing in 1980 at the suggestion of Julio Macías Jr. in the company Sonomex, with Armando Coria Sr., Narciso Busquets, Víctor Mares and Maynardo Zavala as teachers.
She was married to the actor Mario Castañeda and is the mother of the actors Carla and Arturo Castañeda.
